Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Argo Apps handles information when you use PeakForce and its connected services.
Information you provide and generate
PeakForce can measure force from a compatible Bluetooth sensor. Training and game use can generate force readings and waveforms, workout and repetition measurements, settings, scores, progress and device-related settings. Training and history are stored on your device; an account is optional for local training.
If you create an account, we process your email address, account identifier and information supplied through your chosen sign-in provider. Account features can store game results, progress and streaks online. Subscribers can sync training data to the cloud and connect supported third-party assistants when they authorize the connection.
Purchases and service providers
Apple or Google processes in-app payments. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and subscription entitlements; it receives account and purchase identifiers and transaction information needed to provide and restore access. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We use Supabase for account authentication and cloud services. Google and Apple may process information when you choose their sign-in options. Sentry may receive diagnostics, device and app information, and an account identifier to help us investigate errors. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own policies as applicable.
Website
The Argo Apps website uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics or other tags that collect information such as device, browser and visit details. Your browser settings can control cookies.
How we use information
We use information to provide force measurements, training, games, accounts, synchronization, subscriptions, support, security and diagnostics. If you choose CSV export, the app prepares an email for you to send through your email application; the email and attached data are handled by your email provider. If you authorize an assistant connection, the information you choose to share is sent to that connected service.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local data remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app, subject to device backup settings. Cloud account and training information is retained while needed to provide the service, handle requests and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of account and cloud data by contacting us below; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription: manage or cancel it through your Apple or Google account.
You may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a copy of your information, or complain to your data protection authority, depending on where you live.
Security and children
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. PeakForce is not directed at young children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
